Return / Replacement Request Return / Replacement and / or Refund will be rejected subject to verification and check by the concerned seller (s) to determine the validity of the return / replacement request and in the following cases:

A) if it is determined that the product was damaged while in your possession;
B) any product that has been used or washed or soiled or returned without a non-tempered quality check seal / warranty seal (where applicable);
C) no product is in its original condition;
D) any product that is returned without its original packaging tag and accessories, including the retail box and all other items included with the product at the time of delivery;
E) is not limited to any product with missing, damaged, altered, distorted, or otherwise unread serial number except a valid and readable serial number;
F) the product is different from what was sent to you;
G) Products sold as combo / set cannot be replaced or returned individually.
H) Products mentioned as non-refundable on the product description page..
Replacement is subject to further product availability (size, color, etc.) and is limited to one request. In some cases where the Heshee concerned is unable to process a replacement request for any reason, a refund will be given.
Subject to points 2 and 3 above, will be refunded according to the applicable mode mentioned below. Within 7-10 days of receiving the product by Heshee the refund amount will be credited to the customer according to the applicable refund mode. We may request information / documents to verify your credentials before starting a refund.

How do I Return, Refund an item?

In order to return an order, go to “Account” section on Heshee website, select “Order History or Your Order ”

  1. Login using your email id or password
  2. Select the order you wish to return/replace

What are return guidelines?

  1. The item you want to return must be refundable;
  2. If return is not eligible for reverse pickup, a self-shipping option will be offered * (Customers may claim a refund of up to Rs 100 against reverse shipping charges);
  3. Once the return is received, according to the return policy, you will be refunded in your original payment mode;
  4. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account via NEFT or UPI.

When will I get my refund?

  1. Return items are processed upon receipt of return items / s by Heshee or our team notifies us of the return.
  2. 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the product by the seller Refund period for processing.

What are the guidelines for receiving invoices?

  1. Before accepting a product invoice, please ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or distorted.
  2. If the package is damaged or tampered with, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery. We will reimburse you on such refund delivery, if the order is prepaid.

Our Order cancel Policy

  1. Product is out of stock with the Seller;
  2. Product is not worth shipping;
  3. Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount;
  4. Incorrect pricing or description of the product;
  5. Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address;
  6. Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by our courier partners;
  7. If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy.; We will notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when an order is cancelled due to any of the above reason.
  8. If it is a prepaid order, you will be refunded by Heshee within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation of the order or within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation.
